Difficulty: Initiation
Period of activity: from May until end of September.
Activity duration: 2h00 but have the half-day of availability.
Minimum age : 6 years old
Equipment to be taken: Sports clothing (light trousers or cropped trousers), sports shoes, water bottle and Sunscreen for lizards!
We supply: helmet, harness, rope and safe equipment.

Not far from the village of Abondance, this descent is a true initiation to the canyon for those wanting to experience a fresh and intense aquatic course: water slides, jumps, abseilings, zip-linnings.
Difficulty: Initiation / Super fun
Period of activity: from June until end of September.
Activity duration: 2h00 but have the half-day of availability.
Minimum age: 10 years old
Approach walk: 20 minutes
Equipment to be taken: Swimsuit, closed shoes (sneakers kinds)
We supply: helmet, safe equipment, full wet sweet and neoprene boots.

In Abondance, Saix de Miolène Cliffs are a fine example of the Alpine Via Ferrata, set in stunning scenery! The three different hiking trails landscaped in the cliffs will lead you high and give new sensations!
Difficulty: 1st part = AD+ (“quite difficult”)
Period of activity: from May until end of September
Activity duration: approx. 3 hours including the approach and walk back.
Conditions : 1.40m and 40 kg
Approach walk: 15 minutes
Return walk: 15 minutes
Equipment to be taken: Closed shoes (sneakers kinds), Sports clothing (light trousers or cropped trousers), a bottle of water for two persons and a small bag for carrying the bottle, sunscreen for lizards!
We supply: safe equipment, harness and helmet.

Whether you are an accomplished sportsperson or in search of new thrills, our park in Abondance, located in a nice forest, invite you to swing through the trees and offers more than 40 activities with over 6 adventure trails suited to all levels of difficulty; these include zip lines, Tarzan big Jump, suspension bridges, swings and nets!
On site, you can find : fresh drinks, ice-creams, pick-nick areas, large parking space for cars and buses.
